Five ways to maintain "Your Own Kind of Beautiful"-Three Things to avoid

Growing up, My grandmother informed me beauty is skin deep regardless of how pretty you are on the outside; if you're not taking care of your whole body, you have nothing but an empty shell.

So ask yourself, why God? Is flawless skin asking for too much? Late nights lead to dark circles in the morning, not drinking enough water causes to dehydrated skin and breakouts.

1st Golden Rule:

Make sure to always remove your makeup before going to bed. The skin needs to breathe overnight; leaving it on can clog the pores, which may cause blemishes. The best makeup remover is olive oil. Just put some on a cotton pad and gently massage the face to get rid of makeup and dirt.

2nd Rule Sunscreen:

Please don't skip the sunscreen, whether it's cloudy or cold outside. Apply sunscreen with SPF of at least 15 that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. The lifetime of sun exposure can cause the skin to age due to wrinkles and other skin problems. PROTECT THAT SKIN!

3rd Rule You are What you Eat:

A diet rich in fresh fruits, veggies, vitamin C, low sugar, and fats promotes beautiful skin.

4th Rule Exercise:

Exercise regularly start with a brisk walk around the block, light jog, or yoga to get the blood flowing and accelerate the cleansing process of your entire body.

5th Rule Beauty Sleep:

You're the QUEEN! Try to sleep at least 8 hours every night. Not getting enough sleep causes the skin to sag and get baggy. Don't become a bag lady! Here's a tip apply honey on your face twice a week to naturally soothe and heal the skin.

Three Things to Avoid:

1. Overconsumption of alcoholic beverages.

2. Avoid Sugar

3. Don't Pop pimples
