Here’s a beauty tip for those of you who want a restful night’s sleep, try creating an herbal sleep pillow. Simply fill a small pillowcase or another soft cloth bag with dry herbs such as chamomile, lavender, and linden. Sew the pillow closed and place it under or near your bed pillow, or use it to cover your eyes. If you’re crafty, these are fun and easy to make out of scrap fabrics from sewing projects or old t-shirts.
