Can Whipped Shea Butter be used for Skin & Hair?
Yes! Our Whipped Shea Butter is intended for both skin and hair. Use it to seal in twist outs, tame 'fly-aways' and moisturize your skin right out of the shower.
Where is my order?
Orders are processed between 5-7 business days. If you have not received your order within 7 to 10 business days, email us at Simone@SiMonetBathandBody.com. Remember to include your order number.
What is your return policy?
SiMonet Bath & Body Essentials believe the customer is our top priority. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us. Our primary goal is to have satisfied customers.
What ingredients do you use?
SiMonet Bath & Body Essentials takes pride in creating quality products. Every jar of our whipped body butter is a handmade blend of shea butter, extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed coconut oil, jojoba oil, castor oil and a unique blend of essential and fragrant oils. Our authentic soaps start with a generous portion of shea butter and our unique bath salts focus on moisture while soothing the senses.
What happens if my shea butter melts?
We only use natural ingredients without adding any preservatives which could cause the body butter to melt in warm temperatures. If this happens, refrigerate the butter to re-solidify. The butter may not have the whipped consistency, but will still provide the skin with hydration and moisture.
Summer Body Butter Disclaimer
Please keep in mind that when purchasing our Whipped Body Butter, during the warmer months, there is a slight chance that your products may melt.
While we do our very best to secure your package, UPS trucks aren't able to keep your packages at room temp on their delivery trucks and USPS may leave the delivered package outside.
Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for any melting that occurs due to outdoor deliveries by UPS and USPS.
