What is your return policy?

SiMonet Bath & Body Essentials believe the customer is our top priority.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us.  Our primary goal is to have satisfied customers.

What ingredients do you use?

SiMonet Bath & Body Essentials takes pride in creating quality products. Every jar of our whipped body butter is a handmade blend of shea butter, extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed coconut oil, jojoba oil, castor oil and a unique blend of essential and fragrant oils. Our authentic soaps start with a generous portion of shea butter and our unique bath salts focus on moisture while soothing the senses.

What happens if my shea butter melts?

We only use natural ingredients without adding any preservatives which could cause the body butter to melt in warm temperatures.  If this happens, refrigerate the butter to re-solidify. The butter may not have the whipped consistency, but will still provide the skin with hydration and moisture.

Do you ship internationally?
